🚀 Hiring: SAP Data Migration Consultant – SAP S/4HANA

Work Location: Initially Remote

Project: SAP S/4HANA Transformation – Germany

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation project.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, and LTMOM, with proven experience handling both master data and transactional data migration.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Analyze legacy system data and define data migration requirements.
\n
• Prepare data mapping, transformation, and migration documents.
\n
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation.
\n
• Execute end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA.
\n
• Perform mock loads, reconciliation, data validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
\n
• Work closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders.
\n
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams including FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and QM.
\n

🛠️ Mandatory Technical Skills

Candidates must have hands-on experience with:

✅ SAP Data Migration Cockpit / SAP Migration Cockpit

✅ LTMC & LTMOM – Mandatory

✅ Migration Object Templates (MOTs)

✅ Staging Table Method

✅ Direct Transfer Method

✅ File Transfer Method

✅ Legacy data extraction frameworks

✅ Migration of Master Data & Transactional Data

✅ LSMW

✅ Knowledge of BDC, BAPI, IDoc, ALE interfaces & integrations

Required Experience

\n
• 5+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC and LTMOM.
\n
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.
\n
• Strong understanding of SAP master and transactional data.
\n
• Experience with end-to-end migration: Analysis → Extraction → Mapping → Cleansing → Transformation → Loading → Validation → Cutover.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n

⭐ Good to Have

\n
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
\n
• SAP certification is an advantage.
\n
