TCS is hiring for SAP ERP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)

Exp: 6+ years

Location: Chennai

SAP RE-FX Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) to support implementation, enhancement, rollout, and AMS projects. The consultant should possess deep knowledge of real estate business processes, lease administration, contract management, valuation, and integration with SAP Finance.

• Strong experience in SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management).
• Expertise in:
• Contract & Lease Management (CLM)
• Property Management
• Valuation Rules
• Lease Accounting
• Rent Settlement
• IFRS 16 Compliance
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Integration knowledge with SAP FI, CO, AA, and BP.
• Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Strong understanding of real estate business processes.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO.
• Experience in global rollout and support projects.
• Exposure to WRICEF objects and functional specifications.
• Understanding of real estate industry regulations and compliance requirements.
