SAP Global Process Data Consultant – Source to Pay (STP)

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP Functional experience with a strong focus on data.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, preferably in greenfield implementations.
• Experience with large-scale global ERP/SAP implementations.
• Strong Source-to-Pay (STP) / Procurement process knowledge.
• Experience with SAP master data including Material, Vendor/Business Partner, BOM, Source Lists, Pricing, PIRs, Routings, and related objects.
• Experience in data migration, cleansing, mapping, harmonization, validation, and reconciliation.
• Understanding of S/4HANA data model changes compared to ECC.
• Experience with SAP MDG or similar data governance tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit, ADM, LVM, ETL tools, or similar migration technologies.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into data requirements, models, and business rules.
• Coupa experience is a major plus.
• Strong procurement experience will be preferred.
• Experience defining global templates and harmonized data models is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and standardize master and transactional data requirements for S/4HANA.
• Partner with business and SAP functional teams on data enablement and solution design.
• Support data cleansing, enrichment, mapping, migration, and validation.
• Define data objects, attributes, mandatory fields, validations, and business rules.
• Participate in mock conversions, data loads, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
• Ensure data quality and readiness for end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
• Work with global, cross-functional teams across EMEA and APAC.
