Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant to support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects in SAP SD. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, sales order management, billing, pricing, shipping, and customer master data management in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes including Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Returns.
• Work on pricing procedures, output determination, credit management, and account determination.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Configure customer master data, sales areas, shipping points, routes, and partner functions.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams including MM, FICO, WM/EWM, and PP.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for developments.
• Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Expertise in Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, and Returns.
• Experience in Pricing, Credit Management, Output Determination, and Batch Management.
• Knowledge of Integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM modules.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
