Job Description
· Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD module
· Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions
· Map client business processes and requirements to SAP SD configurations
· Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities
· Identify gaps, issues, and propose effective workaround solutions
· Act as a liaison with business users for issue analysis and resolution
· Support high-priority issues, including urgent fixes and transports
· Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and supporting documentation
· Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification
· Provide support for new implementations, rollouts, and support projects
· Work independently and mentor junior team members when required
