Job Title: Senior Data Engineer – Data Analytics

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer – Data Analytics to lead the organization’s analytics strategy and enable data driven decision making across the enterprise.

This role will drive advanced analytics and BI initiatives, partner with business and IT leaders, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise data analytics and BI strategy
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts and BI developers
• Oversee dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics solutions
• Drive adoption of self-service analytics tools
• Partner with IT on data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platforms
• Establish data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver business impact
• Manage analytics budget, tools, and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA / MS in Analytics) preferred

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years in data analytics, BI, or data management
• 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role
• Hands-on experience in Fabric, ADF, PySpark, and Python
• Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud/on prem data platforms
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
