Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java
- Excellent practical knowledge of Spring Boot
- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture
- Good exposure to Java Streams, Concurrency, and Multithreading
- Experience in implementing application security using JWT and OAuth2
- Strong knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks and test-driven coding practices
- Expertise in messaging frameworks like Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
- Strong understanding of algorithmic problem solving
- Good understanding of design patterns and their implementation in real-world applications
- Ability to explain technical architecture, past project implementations, and engineering decisions in depth
Candidate Expectations
- Must have a deep understanding of past projects and be able to clearly articulate the technical implementation of each component
- Should be able to explain the reasoning behind engineering decisions, including the selection of technologies such as messaging systems, caching, and security mechanisms
- Must demonstrate strong architectural reasoning, with the ability to connect business requirements, design patterns, and technical architecture
- Should be capable of explaining how different technologies work together to build a scalable and maintainable system
- Must move beyond coding and show a solid understanding of system design and architecture
