Role Overview:

\n

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition and account growth for our EAP and wellness offerings across corporate India. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to responding to RFPs and closing enterprise deals — with a strong focus on HR and CXO-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

    \n
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for EAP and wellness services among mid-size to large enterprises, PSUs, and banking/financial-sector organizations
  • \n
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; consistently meet or exceed revenue and new-logo targets
  • \n
  • Lead client pitches and presentations to HR heads, CHROs, and senior leadership, articulating the business case for employee mental health and wellness investment
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and Total Rewards stakeholders for long-term account growth and renewals
  • \n
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to shape sales strategy and messaging
  • \n
  • Collaborate with clinical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM hygiene
  • \n

Requirements

\n
    \n
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically selling EAP, corporate wellness.
  • \n
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • \n
  • Experience responding to formal RFPs/tenders, especially with PSU or banking-sector clients, is a strong plus
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • \n
  • Ability to build credible relationships with senior HR and business leaders
  • \n
  • Self-starter, comfortable with target-driven, individual-contributor and/or team-lead responsibilities
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel within the base city and occasionally across regions
  • \n
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, HR, or related field.
  • \n
