Job Description

Think Design Collaborative has exciting opportunities for Senior User Experience Designers to create compelling experiences for path-breaking applications, spanning Responsive Web, Mobile, and TV and be engaged throughout the product development lifecycle.

Expectations from a Sr. UI UX Designer:

• Capability to communicate with clients, provide insight into UX decisions and collaborate with the project team.
\n
• A deep understanding of current technologies and design trends/research, and the desire to innovate using digital platforms.
\n
• A strong eye for detail.
\n
• Work well in a participatory, team-based environment.
\n
• Positive and enthusiastic with a drive for continuous learning and skill development of self & team.
\n
• Candidate should be willing to travel for on-site project executions for short/long durations
\n
• Candidate should be open to temporary/permanent relocation within Think Design’s studios in India.
\n

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have worked on Banking, FinTech, Insurance, WealthTech, or other BFSI products
\n
• Have a deep understanding of Design Systems and a scalable product ecosystem.
\n
• Carry a strong problem-solving and user-centric design mindset.
\n
• Use AI tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Claude, and other GenAI platforms to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
\n
• Communicate ideas confidently with business and technology stakeholders.
\n
• Proven experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.
\n

Qualifications (any of the following disciplines):

\n
• Degree in HCI-related disciplines such as UI Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, and Information Design.
\n
• Experience in Fintech and BFSI projects is preferred.
\n
• Industrial Design with Portfolio demonstrating an inclination to UX Design
\n
• Degree in Graphic Design/ Applied Arts with demonstrable know-how in UX Design
\n
• Promising skill and knowledge in the field of design
\n
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
\n
• Advanced software skills - Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.
\n

Depending on the project composition, he/she may be involved throughout the project period or at specific intervals within the project period. He/she will be reporting directly to the Lead UX Designer he/she is working under and will usually coordinate his/her work with the rest of the team members, such as Visual Designers, Front-End developers, or UX Strategists.

Deliverables:

Senior UI UX Designer will be responsible for the on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project as defined by the Lead UI UX Designer. Depending on client requirements, as a designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following.

• Conducting Usability Audits under the guidance of Lead UX Designer
\n
• Conducting and executing research processes
\n
• Wireframes
\n
• Navigation Structures
\n
• Story Boards
\n
• Interactive Guidelines
\n
• Click through Prototypes
\n
• Information Architecture presented in flow diagrams
\n

Responsibilities:

A Sr. UI UX Designer will have the following responsibilities.

\n
• Execute deliveries as defined by Lead UX Designer
\n
• Able to communicate within the team and in specific cases, with concerned persons from clients’ teams
\n
• Constantly upgrade knowledge and knowhow by following happenings in the industry
\n
• Time to time document the entire design process of projects he has directly worked on, or projects executed by other team members
\n
• Negotiate with UX Lead through understanding and questioning UX strategies
\n
• Follow schedule and timelines for deliveries as set by UX Lead
\n
• Constantly coordinate ideas internally and seek clarifications when in doubt
\n
• He/she needs to have the technical competency to deliver the items mentioned above
\n
• Desirable: Knowledge of Platform guidelines and front-end frameworks
\n
