- We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic delivery of large-scale platform initiatives, including integrations, migrations, new platform builds, and SaaS development.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects in the HR technology space—sitting at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and technical execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into integrated delivery plans
- 15+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically managing new platform builds with multiple dependencies and tight deadlines using an Agile/iterative approach.
