We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales growth and build strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize conversions
• Generate new business through client acquisition, referrals, networking & market development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure
• Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue targets and team performance
• Handle key client meetings, negotiations and high-value project closures
• Coordinate with Design, Project & Execution teams for smooth project handover
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales/business development
• Experience in Interior Design, Home Interiors, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, Real Estate or related industries is a bonus.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong client & professional network
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Excellent presentation, relationship building and closing skills
• Strong ownership, strategic thinking and result-oriented approach
