What You’ll Own ?
- Coach team members through regular 1:1s, reviews and targeted interventions.
- Own hiring, onboarding and capability-building for the sales organisation.
- Track sales performance, analyse market trends, and implement corrective actions to improve conversions.
What We’re Looking For ?
- 7–15 years of sales experience, preferably in high-growth consumer, D2C, or similarly fast-paced businesses.
- Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at every level.
