Role: Technical Project Manager

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months+ (with a possibility of Contract-to-Hire)

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: 9-5pm PST

Location: 100% onsite in Bengaluru

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical and product-led growth initiatives. The role partners closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and Support teams to manage roadmaps, launch plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding, experience working with engineering teams, and the ability to lead global programs in both large-scale and fast-growing software organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs and launches.

• Partner with Engineering and Technical Leads on architecture reviews and design decisions.
\n
• Manage project roadmaps, dependencies, risks, timelines, and resource planning.
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive-level communication.
\n
• Develop launch and communication plans across business functions.
\n
• Ensure SDLC and project lifecycle adherence.
\n
• Drive process improvements and change management initiatives.
\n

Key Requirements

\n
• 8+ years supporting or leading global, cross-functional programs.
\n
• Experience working with Engineering teams on complex software development and launches.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
\n
• Strong understanding of technical systems, architecture, and engineering efforts.
\n
• eCommerce foundational knowledge.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Experience leading teams without direct authority.
\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
