🚀 About the Role:

NIIT Learning Systems Limited is looking for a skilled Sr. Training Coordinator - Multilingual to support global learning programs. The candidate will work closely with international teams to translate, localize, and review corporate training content for French-speaking audiences.

This role offers an opportunity to work with global clients and modern digital learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate and localize training materials and e-learning modules (English ↔ French)
• Review and proofread French content to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance
• Support Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) programs
• Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts
• Maintain terminology consistency across all French learning materials
• Provide linguistic support during global training sessions or webinars

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in French Language / Linguistics / Foreign Languages
• French certification B2 / C1 / C2 (Goethe / TestDaF / TELC preferred)
• 2 to 5 years experience in translation, localization, or language training
• Strong communication skills in French and English
