Hiring for Sr. UX Designer for Hyderabad

Exp:7+ years

Notice Period: Immediate -15 days

Job Location: Hyderabad

This role will be a highly visible team player through their ability to pull stakeholders together to collaborate. As a Sr. UX designer and champion of people, their mentoring will include critiquing, providing design feedback, conducting retros & research that can influence engineering team decisions to enable optimal solutions for our customers. Basic qualifications

• 7+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience

• Have an online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices

• Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity

• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature

• Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep

• Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools Preferred qualifications

• Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes

• Master‘s degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Master‘s degree

• Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services preferred

• Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
