Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical packaging machines.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Provide prompt technical support and ensure minimal machine downtime.
• Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related discipline)
• Experience: 4–5 years in servicing pharmaceutical packaging or tabletting machines.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with packaging machines.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the North region.
