Location: Pune/Hyderabad
Exp: 7-13 years
Job Summary:
Must-Have:
1. Strong Knowledge in ServiceNow development
2. Strong knowledge in ITSM Module
3. Strong Knowledge in CMDB
4. Strong knowledge in ITOM Module
5. Utilizing flow designer for ServiceNow.
Good-to-have:
1. how to prepare design documentation for ServiceNow forms.
2. catalog development.
3. flow designer in ServiceNow.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use.
Understand the current “as is processes” and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes
Work closely with BA’s, Architects, Testing team and process teams.
Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
