MySivi is India’s first AI Tutor built to help users practice spoken English. Using AI, it helps learners improve their grammar, pronunciation, and fluency faster, making English communication more effective and accessible. With 1 Cr+ downloads and backed by Y Combinator (YC), MySivi is making personalised English learning accessible to millions of learners.
Location: In-office, HSR layout
What will you do?
● Own and grow MySivi’s social media presence end-to-end
● Build and scale regional language pages in collaboration with internal teams
● Develop and scale IP-led content pages with creators (repeatable, high-performing
formats)
● Manage and execute in-house influencer marketing initiatives
● Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operate at scale
● Plan and execute growth strategies with clear KPIs and a practical roadmap
● Drive distribution-first thinking-identify and execute growth hacks beyond just content
creation
● Explore and experiment with international content distribution strategies (good to
have)
What do we need?
● Strong understanding of social media growth and content ecosystems
● Experience managing or scaling social media pages is a plus
● Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus
● Analytical mindset-comfortable with metrics, testing, and iteration
● High ownership, speed, and execution ability
● Great energy and fun to work with
