We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is passionate about social media, content, trends, and digital communities. In this role, you’ll manage social media for multiple client accounts and work closely with internal teams, influencers, creators, and production partners to deliver engaging content and campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day social media activities and content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and client servicing teams to ensure timely delivery of posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Write and coordinate engaging captions, social media copies, and campaign communication.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging formats, platform updates, and audience behaviour.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage comments, DMs, and online conversations around client brands.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Manage influencer marketing activities, including identifying, shortlisting, coordinating, and managing influencers/creators.
• Build and maintain an updated influencer database for campaigns and collaborations.
• Shoot basic reels and social media content using a smartphone when required.
• Identify and coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and other production resources.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, communication objectives, and platform best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Good communication, copywriting, and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for engaging and relevant content.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and social media scheduling/analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of mobile content creation and influencer marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
