SHEMROCK & SHEMFORD Group of Schools is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage our growing content and social media team.

We are building a large digital content operation across our schools, corporate brands and personal brands.

The right person should understand social media, but more importantly, should know how to manage a team, follow up, maintain deadlines and get work completed every day.

This is not a role where you will spend the whole day designing posts yourself.

Your job will be to manage the people who create, edit and publish content.

You will work with:

• Social Media Executives

• Content Creators

• Video Editors

• Graphic Designers

• Remote team members

• Freelancers

• School teams across India

You will help manage content for:

• SHEMROCK

• SHEMFORD

• Amol Arora

• Meenal Arora

• Individual school social media pages

• Manage the daily work of the social media and content team

• Create and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars

• Make sure Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn content is published on time

• Assign work to video editors, designers and social media executives

• Follow up with team members and ensure deadlines are met

• Coordinate with schools to collect photos, videos, testimonials and stories

• Review Reels, Shorts, captions and social media posts before publishing

• Maintain Google Sheets, trackers and performance dashboards

• Monitor reach, engagement, views, watch time and follower growth

• Find high-performing content and increase similar content

• Identify weak-performing pages and improve them

• Manage remote employees working from different cities

• Conduct regular team reviews

• Build simple systems and processes so work does not depend on constant follow-up from senior management

• Use AI tools to increase the speed of content creation and repurposing

• Instagram

• Facebook

• YouTube

• LinkedIn

• YouTube Shorts

• Instagram Reels

Experience with these tools is useful:

• ChatGPT

• Canva

• OpusClip

• CapCut

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Google Sheets / Excel

• Metricool / Buffer or similar social media scheduling tools

• HeyGen / ElevenLabs or similar AI tools

You do not need to be an expert in every tool.

However, you should be comfortable learning technology and using AI to make the team more productive.

You may be a good fit if you:

✅ Can manage several projects at the same time

✅ Believe deadlines should be taken seriously

✅ Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment
