🚨 Hiring – Specification Executive - building & construction industry| Delhi/NCR

Location: Delhi/NCR

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage relationships with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors & Government Departments.
\n
• Identify and develop Government, Institutional, Commercial & Infrastructure projects.
\n
• Drive product specification at the design stage and ensure inclusion in BOQ, tender documents & approved vendor lists.
\n
• Conduct technical presentations and recommend suitable products/solutions.
\n
• Track projects from specification → tender → award → execution → order conversion.
\n
• Build and maintain a strong project/specification pipeline.
\n
• Monitor government tenders and coordinate with Sales/Project teams for conversion.
\n
• Handle technical queries, samples, product documentation and compliance requirements.
\n

Required Profile:

\n
• Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field.
\n
• 5–8 years of experience in Specification, Project Sales, Consultant Management or Institutional Business Development.
\n
• Strong network with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Contractors or Government/Institutional stakeholders in Delhi/NCR.
\n
• Experience in Building Materials / Construction Products / Architectural Products / Sanitaryware / Tiles / Flooring / Façade / Lighting / Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing / Hardware preferred.
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
\n
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi/NCR.
\n
