Job Summary
\nWissen Technology is hiring a Senior Data Engineer – Python & Kafka to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale data platforms, real-time streaming solutions, and high-performance ETL pipelines. This role focuses on building robust data integration frameworks, enabling mission-critical business processes, and delivering scalable data engineering solutions within complex enterprise and banking environments.
\nExperience: 7–11 years
\nLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid)
\nMandatory Skills (Must Have)
\n• Python development (7+ years) with strong experience building data engineering and integration solutions
\n• ETL development and data pipeline engineering using enterprise-scale data processing frameworks
\n• Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture, real-time streaming, and data integration (3+ years)
\n• PostgreSQL with advanced SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning
\n• REST API integration and development for enterprise data ingestion and processing solutions
\n• Experience handling SFTP, CSV, flat files, XML, JSON, and other file-based data feeds
\n• Strong understanding of data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality processes
\n• Experience building scalable data integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems
\nEducation: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline
