Job Description

Role Description The Sr. Media Buyer is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role includes managing end-to-end media buying processes, such as audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, and performance tracking. The Sr. Media Buyer will collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and performance marketing teams to align media plans with brand goals and maximize ROI. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement, and negotiating with media vendors and platforms. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and platform best practices to continuously refine media strategies.

• Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Buying skills to manage multi-channel campaigns and budgets effectively.

• Candidates should possess Media Strategy and Analytical Skills to design data-driven plans, interpret performance metrics, and optimize ROI.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, present insights, and manage external partners.
\n
• Relevant experience in performance marketing, paid social, search, programmatic, or display advertising is highly beneficial.

• Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic DSPs) and reporting tools is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail and time management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Prior experience in a media agency or growth-focused brand environment in a senior or lead buying role is an advantage.
