Must-Have Skills

\n
• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong S/4HANA migration expertise
\n
• Hands-on experience in CVI (Customer Vendor Integration) & Business Partner configuration/processes
\n
• Strong understanding of MM tables and MATDOC implications in S/4HANA
\n
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM)
\n
• Expertise in master data and transactional data migration activities
\n
• Experience in migration validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution
\n
• Strong understanding of cutover planning and execution activities
\n
• Proven experience leading migration and cutover efforts end-to-end
\n
• Ability to coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams
\n
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
\n

Good-to-Have Skills

\n
• Experience with SAP MDG or Data Services
\n
• Exposure to brownfield/greenfield S/4HANA implementations
\n
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
\n
• Familiarity with migration object modeling and transformation logic
\n
• Experience in integration testing and mock cutovers
\n
• Understanding of FI/MM/SD integration points
\n
• Exposure to SAP Fiori and BP synchronization processes
\n
• Agile/Scrum project experience
\n
