Storage and Backup SME Storage and Backup SME Location: Mumbai/ Pan India Experience: 12 years to 17 years Must-Have: Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage solutions using NetApp, HPE 3PAR, Netgear NAS, and Dell EMC platforms. Lead storage provisioning, migrations, technology refresh, and infrastructure upgrades. Architect and administer enterprise backup solutions using Commvault, OpenText Data Protector, and Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM). Design backup policies, retention strategies, replication, and disaster recovery solutions. Perform advanced troubleshooting for storage, SAN, backup, replication, and performance issues. Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, deduplication, compression, and lifecycle management. Lead disaster recovery planning, backup validation, ransomware recovery readiness, and business continuity initiatives. Collaborate with infrastructure, virtualization, database, cloud, security, and application teams on enterprise projects. Lead storage assessments, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management. Mentor junior engineers and establish operational standards and best practices. Manage vendor escalations and support enterprise change management activities Certifications: NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA) HPE Storage Solutions Certification Dell Technologies Proven Professional – Storage Commvault Professional Certification Dell PowerProtect Certification ITIL Foundation/Intermediate 15 years of Continuous Education.
