Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Student Visa Counselor role based in Surat Goddhod road. The Student Visa Counselor will guide students through the complete study abroad process, including initial counseling, course and country selection, and university shortlisting. The role involves assisting students with application forms, document preparation, and visa filing, while ensuring compliance with the latest embassy and immigration requirements. The counselor will provide support with financial documentation, interview preparation, and pre-departure briefings, maintaining clear and timely communication with students and their families. The position also includes coordinating with partner institutions, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for every student.
Qualifications
- Strong Student Counseling and Education guidance skills to support learners in choosing suitable courses, universities, and destinations.
- Career Counseling expertise to help students understand global pathways, future prospects, and long-term career planning.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written skills, for interacting with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Customer Service orientation to manage inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain a professional, student-focused approach.
- Relevant experience in overseas education, immigration consulting, or academic counseling is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and student visa processes for key study destinations.
- Ability to work accurately with documentation, deadlines, and compliance requirements, with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field preferred; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
