About the Role
The System Analyst acts as a bridge between business requirements and IT solutions, ensuring SCG’s systems meet operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Translate needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Train users and provide ongoing system support.
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with SCG standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 0–3 years in system analysis or business-IT coordination; new graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of ERP or business systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
