System Controls Engineer Location: Bengaluru Work Model: Hybrid Experience: 5–11 Years Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Control Logic Development Experience with HVAC / Refrigeration Controls Experience in HVAC system integration Hands-on experience with HMI/SCADA Knowledge of control systems, sensors, actuators, VFDs and control sequences Experience with system testing, troubleshooting and commissioning Exposure to BMS/DDC and communication protocols such as BACnet/Modbus will be an added advantage Roles & Responsibilities Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC control logic for HVAC/Refrigeration systems. Design and implement control sequences for HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers and related systems . Integrate PLCs with HMI/SCADA/BMS and other control systems. Configure and troubleshoot sensors, pressure/flow controls, VFDs and other field devices . Participate in system integration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities. Work closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable control solutions. Prepare and maintain relevant control logic, system documentation and technical specifications . Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering or a related discipline.
