Location - Noida Exp - 4-8 years Skills -Nexthink Responsibilities Design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and back end). Need to have strong knowledge in performing baseline analysis using Nexthink telemetry data for environment gaps. Able to provide a roadmap to constantly improve the overall Digital Experience Score. Able to create custom dashboards, investigations, alerts, and monitor trends. Creation of custom remote actions must use Nexthink PowerShell scripting standards. Sound knowledge in PowerShell script with error handling for creating custom remote actions in Nexthink. Sound knowledge in troubleshooting Windows operating system issues and basic in MAC OS.
