Job Description
• Install, configure, and manage Windows servers across environments.
• Perform user administration via AD, OU structure, and GPO configuration.
• Handle OS hardening, patching, and compliance checks.
• Troubleshoot server, network, DNS, and performance issues.
• Perform backup/restore operations and collaborate with storage teams.
• Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for incident resolution.
• Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Document SOPs, RCA, and technical configurations.
