Job Description
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or client-service environment
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dext, Xennet (or similar review tool); experience with Karbon is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of GST/HST filings, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- Experience reviewing bookkeeping files and identifying discrepancies or technical issues
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote work environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong technical and client-service orientation
