Title: Technical Support Voice Process.
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience into Technical Voice Support/Customer voice support.
- Education Qualification. Any bachelor’s degree.
- Salary: Negotiable
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the US customers through Calls.
2.Should be capable of handling multiple Calls.
3.Should be hands on Experience in handling Us calls
4.Must be flexible to work in rotational night shift.
Required Skills & Desired Skills:
1.Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
2.Should have basic technical knowledge on Customer handling and Technical skills
