Experience: Freshers to 5 years
Fluency in Hindi and English Mandatory
Key Responsibilities Telesales
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products and services.
• Convert leads into successful sales while achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate call and customer records in the system. Telecollection
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
• Remind customers about payment due dates and outstanding amounts.
• Understand customer concerns and assist with suitable payment solutions.
• Follow up on promised payment dates and support timely collections.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain proper call records and update customer information accurately
