Test Analyst (Oracle ERP and EPM systems)

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Analyst/Engineer with strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing, particularly in Oracle ERP and EPM systems.

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Perform manual and automation testing for Oracle ERP and EPM applications.
\n
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and Python.
\n
• Test data flows between legacy/external systems and Oracle ERP/EPM.
\n
• Perform end-to-end and integration testing across Oracle ERP, EPM, and related data warehouse applications.
\n
• Validate and reconcile GL balances against Oracle OTBI and FDI reports.
\n
• Perform Oracle OTBI and FDI report testing.
\n
• Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business and technical requirements.
\n
• Perform database validation using strong SQL skills.
\n
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira.
\n
• Maintain test documentation and project artifacts using Confluence.
\n
• Collaborate with business users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and acceptance testing.
\n
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
\n
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, functional teams, and other stakeholders to resolve defects and testing issues.
\n
• Manage multiple testing initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
\n
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and explore AI tools to improve test delivery productivity.
\n

Mandatory Skills

\n
• 5+ years of experience in software testing as a Test Analyst/Engineer.
\n
• Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
\n
• Hands-on experience testing Oracle ERP and Oracle EPM applications.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as:
\n
• GL – General Ledger
\n
• AP – Accounts Payable
\n
• AR – Accounts Receivable
\n
• FA – Fixed Assets
\n
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database validation.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Python for test automation.
\n
• Experience with Oracle OTBI and FDI report testing.
\n
• Experience in reconciliation testing and validating financial balances.
\n
• Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC.
\n
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
\n
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
\n
• Experience in integration and E2E testing.
\n
• Strong understanding of Oracle testing and data flows.
\n
