Hiring: GDS Travel Consultant

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification: Graduate

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

We are looking for experienced GDS Travel Consultants with strong expertise in airline reservations, ticketing, and travel operations.

Key Requirements:

✅ 2+ years of experience in Travel Operations, Ticketing, or Travel Support

✅ Hands-on experience with Amadeus (Preferred)

✅ Strong knowledge of:

Flight Bookings & Reservations

PNR Creation & Management

Ticketing

Refunds & Cancellations

Reissues & Exchanges

Fare Rules & Itinerary Management

✅ Experience in TMC (Travel Management Company) or B2B Travel Support

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment

Travel Policy Compliance

End-to-End Travel Coordination

✅ Prior experience in TMC or B2B Travel Support is mandatory

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment
