Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US prospects and potential clients
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments
• Follow up with prospects via calls and emails
• Understand client requirements and pitch company services
• Maintain lead status, call records, and CRM updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business closures

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in US Sales, Telecalling, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong phone presence and persuasive communication abilities
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
• Experience with CRM or sales tools is an added advantage

Added Advantage:

• US Staffing Sales or IT Sales experience
• Appointment Setting and B2B Lead Generation exposure
• Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Candidates
