About the role
Join USI Talent Acquisition as an experienced Oracle OTC specialist to troubleshoot production issues and manage enhancement requests within the Order to Cash cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AR Receipts, AR Invoices, Order Management, Shipping, and Pricing.
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of change and enhancement requests effectively.
- Support Oracle OTC functional processes to optimize Order to Cash operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with inventory and manufacturing modules.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order to Cash (OTC) modules, including AR Receipts, AR Invoices, Order Management, Shipping, and Pricing.
- Strong functional knowledge in troubleshooting production issues within Oracle OTC.
- Experience managing change and enhancement requests for Oracle applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle Inventory management modules is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Oracle Process Manufacturing modules is preferred.
