Location: Noida (Full-Time, On-site)

Salary: ₹4 – 7 LPA + Performance Incentives

We collaborate with renowned architects, interior designers, and developers to create exceptional lighting experiences.

• Drive sales through interior designers and design firms.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, Builders and Hotels.
• Understand project requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Track market trends, identify new opportunities, and expand the designer network.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and regular MIS reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
• 4–10 years of experience in B2B/project sales, preferably in lighting, interiors, furniture, building materials, or architectural products.
• Experience working with interior designers, architects, or design studios is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
