Job Description
National Film Development Corporation of India, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is the central agency established to encourage the good cinema movement in the country. The primary goal of the NFDC is to plan, promote and organize an integrated and efficient development of the Indian film industry and foster excellence in cinema. Over the years NFDC has provided a wide range of services essential to the growth of Indian cinema. The NFDC (and its predecessor the Film Finance Corporation) has so far funded / produced over 300 films. These films, in various Indian languages, have been widely acclaimed and have won many national and international awards. The corporation invites application for the post of VIDEO CUM PHOTOGRAPHER with the following job details.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Certificate in Photography, Videography.
Desirable: Degree in Mass Communication preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in photography and videography, including event/production shoots
Job Responsibilities:
To shoot photographs and videos of events, programmes, and promotional activities and produce short-form content (Reels/Shorts) for the organisation's social media platforms; to manage shoot schedules, equipment, and basic on-site lighting/composition; to coordinate with the Content Writer and Editor/Designer for timely posting.
Skills/ Areas of Knowledge:
DSLR/mirror less camera operation; short-form video shooting (Reels/Shorts); basic editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut); lighting and composition; familiarity with Instagram/YouTube/Facebook content formats
Remuneration:- Consolidated pay of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
