HCLTech is hiring Freshers for order management and Product fulfillment roles at Gurugram location.

• Experience Required: Freshers only
• Qualification: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA || Non-Tech Graduates only and No under graduates please.
Key Responsibilities:
● Process simple to complex customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
● Handle inquiries from clients related to order status, fulfillment, and product information.
● Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions related to order processing
and fulfillment.
● Ensure compliance with all company and business policies.
● Administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow through the system.
● Monitor and evaluate all order issues, working to resolve discrepancies in production
metrics and ensuring a high level of accuracy.
● Manage communication with the sales department regarding order status and any
necessary follow-up.
● Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the
above tasks and other daily job functions.
● Utilize strong researching capabilities to resolve order-related issues.
