VMware Administration and Windows Server Administration responsibilities include managing and supporting a large-scale virtualized environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
• Provision and manage virtual machines
• Monitor performance and resource utilization
• Manage HA, DRS, vMotion
• Perform migrations, snapshots, cloning
• Troubleshoot VMware issues
• Patch and upgrade infrastructure
• Manage Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO
• Handle patching and security updates
• Monitor server performance
• Troubleshoot OS issues
• Provide L2/L3 support
• Handle incidents and escalations
• Perform RCA
• Ensure SLA compliance
• Manage backup tools (Veeam, Commvault)
• Perform restores and DR drills

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech, Mtech, Msc

Required Skills

• VMware vSphere experience
• Windows Server administration
• Active Directory knowledge
• Experience with 300+ VMs
