Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM solutions.
- Configure and support Workday modules including:
- Core HCM
- Absence Management
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Talent & Performance
- Recruitment
- Organization Management
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
- Configure business processes, security roles, reports, and dashboards.
- Support Workday implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.
- Collaborate with integration teams for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Support data conversion, data validation, and migration activities
