Zonal Business Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based out in Bengaluru. The Zonal Business Manager will oversee multiple preschool branches within their assigned zone, ensuring smooth operations, meeting enrollment targets, and maintaining high-quality educational standards. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch managers, analyzing performance metrics, implementing growth strategies, engaging with parents and communities for feedback, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and childcare regulations. The role requires close coordination with leadership to align operations with the company's vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing teams or multiple locations
• Operational expertise, including planning, performance analysis, and implementing strategies for growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, parents, and external stakeholders
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with the education or early childhood sector is mandatory
• Ability to work on-site in the Bengaluru region with availability for regular travel between branches
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or Master's degree in Business Administration
