Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Experience ingesting customer data into AEP from multiple enterprise systems including Web applications, CRM platforms, Marketo, Batch and Streaming pipelines, REST APIs Experience building and supporting audience segmentation and activation use cases using RTCDP. Strong understanding of customer identity resolution and profile management. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, browser debugging tools, and network analysis. Attribution Modeling, Funnel Analysis, Customer Journey Tracking Data Governance, Consent Management, Tag Auditing and Troubleshooting.
