Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and space planning of coworking environments, focusing on flexibility, functionality, and aesthetics.
\n
• Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinatingwith contractors, engineers, and internal teams.
\n
• Develop architectural and interior design drawings, construction documents, and ensure compliance with regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align designs with BHIVE's brand.
\n
• Integrate sustainable practices and the latest design trends into projects.
\n
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and timely construction.
\n
• Prepare layouts as per client requirement & BHIVE Standards
\n
• Work closely with account managers on providing layouts as requested.
\n
• Collaborate with QS & Procurement for Additional Costing to Client
\n
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and solution details.
