EIL Global is looking for experienced AV & IT Infrastructure Support Technicians to provide onsite support at client locations in Chennai.

? Key Responsibilities
\n Troubleshoot AV and meeting room equipment
\n Support Teams/Video Conferencing, microphones, speakers, displays, and projectors
\n Perform AV setup, break/fix, and equipment replacement
\n Provide onsite event and meeting support
\n Perform basic network, cabling, and infrastructure smart hands activities
\n Support laptops, desktops, and other end-user devices
\n Coordinate with remote teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
\n Update tickets and provide onsite visit reports
\n Requirements
\n 3+ years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC Support
\n Hands-on AV troubleshooting experience
\n Knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Dante, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, etc. is an advantage
\n Basic networking and cabling knowledge
\n Good English communication skills
\n Customer-facing and professional approach
\n Ability to work independently onsite

Important

This is an on-call/dispatch opportunity and NOT a full-time position. Technicians will be assigned to onsite support requests based on client requirements. Payment is based on actual hours worked.
