Work Type: On-Call / Dispatch Support ⚠️ Not a Full-Time Role EIL Global is looking for experienced AV & IT Infrastructure Support Technicians to provide onsite support at client locations in Chennai. ? Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot AV and meeting room equipment Support Teams/Video Conferencing, microphones, speakers, displays, and projectors Perform AV setup, break/fix, and equipment replacement Provide onsite event and meeting support Perform basic network, cabling, and infrastructure smart hands activities Support laptops, desktops, and other end-user devices Coordinate with remote teams, vendors, and client stakeholders Update tickets and provide onsite visit reports ✅ Requirements 3+ years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC Support Hands-on AV troubleshooting experience Knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Dante, Logitech, Poly, Cisco, etc. is an advantage Basic networking and cabling knowledge Good English communication skills Customer-facing and professional approach Ability to work independently onsite ? Important This is an on-call/dispatch opportunity and NOT a full-time position. Technicians will be assigned to onsite support requests based on client requirements. Payment is based on actual hours worked. ?
