1. Technical Expertise (Mandatory)

• years of experience in Citrix administration, with strong L2/L3 exposure.

• Manage, Monitor, Workspace

• Experience managing large‑scale enterprise environments (thousands of users).

2. Advanced Troubleshooting & RCA

• Act as L3 escalation point for complex or high‑impact incidents.
\n
• Expertise in diagnosing:

• Logon slowness and failures
\n
• Session disconnects, freezes, and latency
\n
• Application launch and performance issues
\n
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and define permanent fixes.
\n
• Lead Major Incident bridges and drive resolution.
\n

3. Performance Optimization

• Optimize user experience through:

• Citrix policy tuning (HDX, CPU, memory, graphics)

• Profile management (UPM / FSLogix)
\n
• Proactive identification of platform bottlenecks.

• Reduce recurring incidents and post‑production defects.
\n

4. Image & Application Management

• Ownership of gold/master image lifecycle:

• OS hardening
\n
• VDA upgrades
\n
• Patch management
\n
• Application integration, regression testing, and compatibility analysis.
\n
• Minimize image sprawl and maintain version control.
\n

5. Microsoft Azure – Mandatory

\n
• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure infrastructure supporting Citrix workloads.
\n
• Expertise in:
\n
• Azure Virtual Machines (IaaS)
\n
• Azure VNet design, subnets, NSGs, routing
\n
• Azure Load Balancer (Internal / External)
\n
• Azure Private DNS
\n
• Understanding of:
\n
• Availability Sets & Availability Zones
\n
• Azure VM sizing, scaling, and performance tuning

• Experience integrating Citrix DaaS with Azure resource locations

6. Citrix NetScaler / ADC (Preferred)

• Troubleshooting ICA traffic, authentication, and gateway issues.

• Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available designs across regions and data center.

• Define standards and best practices for images, catalogs, delivery groups, and policies.

• Act as the final escalation point (L3) for complex Citrix incidents.

• Lead major incident bridges, especially for outages, performance degradation, or logon failures.

• Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) using:
