About the Role
We are looking for an AI-first creative professional with a strong fashion eye and sharp visual sensibility to create imagery and videos for a young, contemporary fashion brand. The primary responsibility of this role is to use Generative AI to create high-quality fashion imagery, videos and campaign content across digital, social, paid media and offline retail. This is not just a prompting role. The ideal candidate should understand fashion, styling, photography, visual language and contemporary brand aesthetics well enough to make AI outputs feel current, realistic and fashion-forward.
Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated fashion imagery and videos for campaigns, social media, paid ads, website, app and offline stores.
- Use product images, model shots and existing shoot assets to create new AI-led content.
- Extend seasonal fashion shoots using AI through new environments, poses, compositions, videos and campaign worlds.
- Create moodboards, storyboards, visual references and AI pre-visualisations.
- Maintain consistency in models, garments, styling, lighting and locations across AI-generated content.
- Ensure AI outputs feel photographic, natural and brand-relevant, rather than obviously AI-generated.
- Explore and test emerging AI image and video tools to improve creative quality and production workflows.
- Stay updated on Indian and global fashion trends, campaigns, styling and visual culture.
- Understand how contemporary fashion brands present products across social, retail, e-commerce and advertising.
- Contribute to art direction across casting, poses, styling, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI creative, fashion content, visual design, art direction, fashion e-commerce or advertising.
- A strong portfolio and visual sensibility will matter more than the exact job title.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AI image generation.
- Experience with AI video generation.
- Strong understanding of fashion and contemporary visual aesthetics.
- Excellent judgement across styling, photography, lighting, composition and colour.
- Ability to work from references and translate them into original creative output.
- Strong Photoshop or image-editing skills.
- Ability to identify and correct common AI issues such as unrealistic faces, garment distortion, unnatural movement and inconsistent visuals.
- Strong awareness of current fashion brands, campaigns and content formats.
- Curious, experimental and constantly updated on new AI creative tools.
Preferred Skills/Tools
- Experience with tools such as:
- AI: Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Veo, ChatGPT, ComfyUI or similar platforms.
- Creative: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma or similar.
