\nOur client is an AI-powered finance automation platform that streamlines and modernizes financial operations, offering a unified solution integrating bill payments, smart banking, AI-driven accounting, expense management, and treasury service
\nWhat you'll do:
\n● Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
\n● Identify and target potential mid-size businesses in the Indian market that fit our product
\n● Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential customers.
\n● Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
\n● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
\n● Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts and optimize business.
\n● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights to refine sales strategies.
\nWe're looking for someone who:
\n● 2-5 years of total work-experience in Sales role
\n● B-tech background is a "+"
\n● Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
\n● Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
\n● Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
\n● Finance knowledge is a plus.
